While new discs or drums may be needed in some cases, it may possibly be legally complied to machine the disc and drum to meet individual’s affordability.

Disc and drums are generally subject to heavy wear and tear from its natural movement. This leads surfaces to become uneven for over an extended period. In some cases, it can result in cracks and distortion.

12. Petrol/Diesel Injector cleaning service

It is a common occurrence for injectors to be clogged in over a period of extended use, from the residue’s presence in the fuel. This will restrict the fuel flow out of injectors to reduce defaulted spray patten. In turn, it will grossly reduce the level of sparks required for combustion. Therefore, poor driveability problems such as flat spots and energy hesitations could result. We are fully equipped with technology and resources to rectify this fault to bring all components to superior working order.

17. Break fluid, Power Steering and coolant flushed

Brake fluid flush
Braking systems is not iron proof. All compositions “rubber, master and wheel cylinders along with callipers” deteriorates in time with useage. All debris and clutter merge with the brake fluid and reduced its viscosity. As a result, probability of moisture to flow through to the system is greater to contaminate the fluid with rust. This could classified as typical brake system failure with compromised effectiveness and decreased stopping power.
Coolant flush
Coolant flushes remove rust and scale deposits, which build up over time. It’s important to get rid of these deposits because they can cause overheating and damage your entire cooling system. … Getting a coolant flush will prevent the old anti-freeze from becoming acidic.
Power steering flush

This an essential and crucial part of any automobile aided to gain control of its movements. The steering unit must be within sound and reliable working order for the safety of all road users. The power steering unit are predominly design to aid the drivers with ultimate control, comfort and convenience, despite its wheel dimensions and sizes.

The power steering system is driven by a pump aided from a cranking pully, via a belt to influenced the motion from its motor. This pump pressurizes the power steering fluid which is then carried by a line to a power steering gear box, or a rack and pinion.  The steering gear, or rack and pinion, uses this high pressure fluid to help with the motion created by you turning the steering wheel, making it much easier to turn the wheels.  Once this high pressure power steering fluid has done its work to turn the wheels, it returns through a line to the power steering fluid reservoir near the pump.  Since there is very little motion or friction in the power steering system, the working fluid stays relatively clean and free of wear products.  Unlike your engine and transmission, there is so little wear in the system there is no filter to help keep the power steering fluid clean.

Over miles and time, small amounts of wear products will build up in your power steering fluid.  These wear products are bits of plastic, rubber and metal from inside the system that naturally wear off over time.  As these particles are pushed around in the power steering fluid, they can accelerate wear to many of the seals on components in the system.  Since there is no filter in your power steering system, the only way to remove these small particles is to remove the power steering fluid and add new, clean fluid.  This is called flushing the power steering system.
